Job Description: The Partnerships Officer will lead the development, management and growth of Cornwall FA’s commercial partnerships, sponsorships and community relationships. The role is responsible for strengthening and expanding partner engagement across cups, events, programmes and wider community initiatives, ensuring that partnership activity aligns with Cornwall FA’s strategic objectives and contributes to reinvestment in local football. The postholder will also oversee the hire operations of the Cornwall FA office space, increasing usage and community reach, while supporting clubs and leagues to build sustainable partnerships of their own. This role requires strong relationship management, project delivery and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and the positive development of football across Cornwall.
