The purpose of this role is to coordinate all aspects of CITC’s City Inspires programme in order to motivate and inspire participants to be more successful through high quality delivery, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and creating new, innovative ideas. AccountabilitiesCoordinate a team of Delivery Coaches to deliver a programme of inclusive, targeted projects, engaging participants across a wide range of ages, social backgrounds and abilities. This includes all aspects of delivery; practical, monitoring and evaluation and relationship building in the educational settings.To work closely with key stakeholders within CITC, CFG and Premier League to develop and implement the PL Inspires programme. This will include maintaining and building relationships with existing and potential partners.Accountability for progressing and reporting on set KPIs and outcomes associated with each project to develop, maintain and grow a strong working relationship with the Premier League Charitable Fund and any additional funders.Create, maintain and develop relationships with internal partners from CITC and the wider City Football Group (CFG), local authorities and governing bodies to develop CITC’s reputation and reach, promoting all CITC programmes across Greater Manchester.Regularly reviewing individual performances within the team, providing high quality session observations and structured feedback to assess, identify and provide training and CPD opportunities which continuously improves the standard of delivery on the programmes.Utilise own profile and community network to create, maintain and develop relationships with internal stakeholders in CITC and the wider City Football Group (CFG), local authorities and governing bodies to develop CITC’s reputation and reach, promoting all CITC programmes across Manchester.Ensuring that CITC’s Safeguarding policy and procedures are embedded to the highest standard across the team. Work to ensure that safeguarding practices and principles are adhered to, ensuring our legal and moral obligations towards the framework.Ensuring that all CITC and CFG policies and procedures are adhered to across the team, escalating any breaches as appropriate.Contribute to management of budget spend to ensure programmes are delivered within the projected budget, escalating observations or any concerns where necessary.
