You'll be an engaging communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with learners and creating an inclusive learning environment.EssentialA Level 3 (or above) qualification in Sport or a related subject.Experience teaching, coaching or delivering learning to young people.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A passion for supporting learners to achieve their goals.DesirablePGCE, Cert Ed or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or equivalent).Experience delivering BTEC Sport qualifications.Experience teaching English and/or Maths.Experience working within Further Education.About the RoleWe are looking for a Study Programme BTEC Sport Tutor to join our Education team on a part-time (24 hours per week), term-time only basis.Based at one of our football partner sites in Oldham, you'll deliver engaging BTEC Sport lessons, support learners throughout their programme and help them develop the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study.Working as part of a supportive team, you'll inspire learners, monitor their progress and contribute to delivering a high-quality learning experience every day.This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and do something great for yourself and others.
