📍 West London | Volunteer | Future Paid Opportunity for Consistent Contributors
📅 Required: Mondays (Eve), Saturdays (Matchdays), Thursdays (Zoom Meetings)
🏟️ Location: Kings House Sports Ground (W4) + various matchday locations

Are you a creative, consistent, and reliable videographer ready to help change lives — and grow your career in the process?

Casual Ballerz CIC is on a mission to empower young people from underserved communities through football, mentorship, and creativity. We believe powerful visuals can inspire, represent, and scale our movement — but only if produced with consistency, energy, and purpose.

We’re looking for 2–3 serious, self-driven videographers to join our volunteer media team — with a clear pathway to paid roles as our media output scales. If you're ambitious, creative, and committed to showing up weekly — this is for you.

Your Role
Film training sessions on Mondays (7:30 PM – 10 PM) at Kings House Sports Centre (Chiswick W4)
Film match days on Saturdays (home and away, West/South/North/East London)
Capture short-form, long-form, BTS, interviews, and highlight content
Contribute ideas to creative direction, series, and storytelling features
Join weekly Media Team Zoom meetings – Thursdays at 7 PM
Collaborate with the wider team to build a consistent digital media presence
Help elevate the visual identity of Casual Ballerz to a level that drives visibility, funding, and future paid work for the whole team

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualities

Reliable and consistent — you show up weekly and deliver
A passion for football, youth culture, and authentic storytelling
Basic videography or smartphone shooting skills (we can support learning)
Self-motivated with high creative standards
Positive attitude, strong communication, and team-first mindset
Open to feedback, learning, and contributing to shared goals
Comfortable traveling to training, match locations, and working late evenings
Available for Thurs Zooms, Mon nights & Sat matchdays

Bonus Points For:

Your own camera, mic, gimbal, or smartphone setup
Experience editing for social media (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Eye for cinematography, storytelling, or content strategy
Experience in grassroots sports, events, or digital media teams

What You’ll Gain
A platform to build a real, standout creative portfolio
Creative control and collaborative growth in a mission-driven movement
Mentorship and feedback from senior team and external creatives
The opportunity to scale into a paid role as the media department grows
Content credit, exposure, and networking opportunities
A team environment where work ethic and creativity are valued equally

Commitment Required
Mondays (7:30–10 PM) – Training at Kings House Sports Centre (Chiswick, W4)
Saturdays (varied times) – Match day filming (locations vary: home/away)
Thursdays (7 PM) – Media Team Zoom Meeting
Occasional editing/remote collaboration (flexible depending on your skills)

We're not looking for hype — we're looking for hunger.
If you’ve got the consistency, creativity, and energy to help build something real, we want you on our team.
