We are now forming a Project Development Team to focus on Phase 1 of the Sports Complex – the construction of a full-sized 11-a-side football pitch with indoor space and spectator stands.

Who We’re Looking For

We need passionate, driven professionals with experience in sports development, construction, fundraising, and project management to help bring this vision to life. Whether you’re an experienced professional or looking for an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project, we’d love to hear from you!

Open Roles in the Project Development Team

1. Project Manager – Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of Phase 1.
2. Fundraising & Grants Specialist – Lead efforts to secure funding and sponsorships.
3. Community Engagement & Partnerships Lead – Build relationships with local authorities, businesses, and stakeholders.
4. Construction & Facilities Advisor – Provide guidance on design, regulations, and building processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan for Phase 1, with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities (grants, sponsorships, investors).
• Liaise with architects, local councils, and sports governing bodies.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support marketing and PR efforts to build public interest and support.

What We Offer

• Hands-on leadership experience in a high-impact community project.
• Opportunity to transition into a paid role as funding is secured.
• Work alongside a dynamic and passionate team.
• The chance to shape a long-term legacy in London’s sports community.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in sports development, project management, construction, fundraising, or nonprofit leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
• Passionate about community-driven sports initiatives.
