Job Description
Mae'r Tîm Ffisiotherapi yn rhan annatod o'r Tîm Gwasanaethau Perfformiad, gan weithio ar draws rhaglenni perfformiad y brifysgol i ddarparu'r cymorth o'r ansawdd uchaf gyda'r nod o sicrhau'r profiad gorau posibl i fyfyrwyr-chwaraewyr. Yn ogystal â'r wybodaeth ymarferol a phroffesiynol sydd ei hangen i weithredu gwasanaeth ffisiotherapi effeithlon ac effeithiol, bydd angen i'r ymgeisydd allu ymgysylltu â'n myfyrwyr-chwaraewyr i roi pob cyfle iddynt gyflawni eu potensial unigol. I ragori yn y rôl hon, bydd angen i'r ymgeisydd fabwysiadu dull hyblyg i ymgysylltu â hyfforddwyr a staff cymorth eraill mewn amgylchedd aml-chwaraeon.



Beth fyddwch chi’n ei gyfrannu

Bydd y Ffisiotherapydd Perfformiad (Rygbi) yn arwain y gwaith o gynllunio, gweinyddu a chyflwyno darpariaeth ffisio gadarn ar gyfer rhaglenni perfformiad dethol, gan gynnwys ystod o wasanaethau ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i; brysbennu, gwasanaeth diwrnod gêm, darparu clinig, adsefydlu, rheoli anafiadau, strapio a thapio ac addysg sesiynau. Gan weithio mewn y’r amgylchedd rygbi, cewch gyfle i weithio gydag amrywiaeth o athletwyr a thimau a ffurfio rhan o dîm amlddisgyblaethol gyda'n Tîm Cryfder a Chyflyru, hyfforddwyr a gwasanaethau cefnogi eraill.
