The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Officer to join us at Burnley Football Club. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for our staff.

About You
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to help power our next stage of growth.

As the Club continues to expand, we’re searching for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Officer who can elevate our recruitment process and help us attract exceptional talent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we grow, ensuring we bring in the people who will drive our future success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a specialist recruitment role, combined with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Role Expectations
As the Recruitment Officer, you will be expected to:
Liaise with departmental managers to identify staffing requirements within the Club.
Conduct screening activities to prepare an interview shortlist for the recruiting manager.
Administer the onboarding process for successful candidates, which will involve requesting references, collating onboarding & right to work in the UK documentation and setting up employees on our HR systems.
