The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Foundation Phase Lead Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club.
About You
Come and join our Clarets family as our Foundation Phase Lead Coach!
The ideal candidate will have all essential qualifications and experience of working in a professional football Academy throughout the age groups.
You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Foundation Phase Lead Coach, you will be expected to:
• Support the Head of Academy Coaching and Assistant Head of Academy Coaching in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative & progressive programme.
• Liaise across the multi-disciplinary departments to support the players within the phase and support the alignment across the Club.
• Oversee the day to day running of the U9-U12 age groups supporting players and staff. Manage on of these age groups within both match days and training; including Match Packs, Squad lists and players surveys.
