Our mission is to promote and grow the sport throughout the country, from grassroots to elite level, by supporting our community, developing talent, and ensuring good governance.We have recently re-established VW as the official NGB following a dormant period. This marks a new and exciting chapter for the sport in Wales, as we work to rejuvenate volleyball with a strong, sustainable, and future-focused governing body.We are a volunteer-driven organisation with a clear purpose to:• Promote volleyball across Wales• Represent and support our members• Deliver training, education, and community outreach• Govern the sport with transparency and inclusivityRole SummaryAs an Independent Board Director, you will provide strategic oversight and professional expertise to help shape the future of volleyball in Wales.
