The GB Paraclimbing team was established in 2012, and this is an exciting time for the programme as we are now in receipt of UK Sport funding and are building towards LA28. The Paralympic Programme Manager is a pivotal role within the programme and will work under the Performance Director to develop, manage, deliver and co-ordinate the key elements of a successful performance environment. This position involves regular attendance at weekend training camps, national and international competitions, selection events and other programme activities. The role also requires overseas travel to support athlete preparation and delivery at major events. The role requires collaboration, excellent communication skills and thorough planning. We are seeking an ambitious individual who can bring expertise, energy and commitment to help drive the programme forward during this exciting era for the sport.
