This pool will provide a flexible but high-performing resource to support our national and international England Performance Pathway programmes.As an Associate Coach, you may be invited to contribute to national training camps, squad preparation activities, domestic competitions, or international trips, working with athletes on the Pre-Cadet, Cadet, and Junior pathways. Your involvement will support our overarching goals of Olympic and Commonwealth success, athlete-centred development, and coaching excellence.This is not a contract of employment, and inclusion in the pool does not guarantee work. However, selected Associates may be called upon for up to 50 days of coaching activity per year, based on programme needs and availability.
