THE OPPORTUNITY
Great British Racing (GBR) is the central promotional and marketing body for British Horseracing.

It is responsible for growing consumer engagement and reaching new and existing audiences via creative strategies and activations that increase interest in watching, attending and overall involvement with the sport.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated Senior PR Executive to join our team. The right candidate will have a proven track record in consumer PR, with demonstrable experience of delivering consumer-focused PR activations and earned editorial results and, ideally, an existing network of media contacts to tap into.

The role will see you work across innovative campaigns that continue to increase the popularity of horseracing, Britain’s second biggest spectator sport. You will be responsible for telling the sports stories in a way that resonates with both our customers and the press, and for supporting across the development of creative PR campaigns and activities designed to amplify the sport, including working with high-profile stars of the sport, talent ambassadors and brand partners.
