Sports Scientist ( Maternity Cover)

Salary: salary range £26,699 to £28,183 per annum ( Dependant upon experience)
Location: This is a Dual based role working from Lilleshall National sports centre, nr Newport, Shropshire ( Min 2 days per week) and from home . Some evening & weekend working as required to meet the requirements of the role.

Job Description: Sports Scientist ( Maternity Cover)
Role Summary: The main purpose of the role is to support the Pathway Science Team in the delivery of Sport Science across the Performance Pathway, and in the scoping and development of performance or sport science related projects. They will be required to possess specific knowledge and experience of supporting young developing athletes, have an ability to work closely with coaches to integrate practice and experience in delivering project-based work.
