This role sits within the Brand and Engagement directorate, leading content output, working alongside our talented communications, creative, marketing, customer engagement and membership functions to enhance our brand narrative, strengthen our engagement, and increase our reach and relevance.As a senior member of the marketing team, you will work collaboratively across our directorate and the whole of British Cycling, developing highly effective content plans that showcase British Cycling across social media, website and all owned channels.You will be exceptionally organised, with a keen eye to align our strategic priorities with compelling content across all channels. You will ensure that the content you oversee has a clear purpose, reflecting British Cycling’s objectives and maintaining a share of voice across our diverse narrative landscape. Strong relationship management skills are essential, as you will work to lead and develop your own team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies, freelancers and suppliers.What will you be doing?
