What will you be doing?
As our Product Officer, you’ll play an important role in shaping, supporting and growing participation products that help more people experience the joy of cycling.

You will:
Support the design, delivery and development of inclusive products that meet the needs of different communities and audiences.
Help turn feedback and insight into action, working alongside Strategic Leads to test, pilot and refine new ideas.
Build strong relationships with delivery partners, volunteers and clubs, and work with them bring our products to life.
Support the development of tools, training and resources to help people deliver confidently and consistently.
Help gather stories, feedback and learning to showcase product impact.
Champion inclusion and ensure underrepresented voices are at the heart of everything we do.

What we’re looking for:
In a nutshell, you’ll be organised, a great communicator and passionate about getting more people into cycling.

In a bit more detail…

You’ll have experience working on participation products or programmes, ideally in sport or community development.
You understand how to create welcoming and inclusive experiences for people from all backgrounds.
You’ll be great at building relationships and supporting others.
You’ll have good time management skills and be able to work across multiple products.
You’re able to communicate well.
Whilst an understanding of cycling is a bonus, it’s not essential.
