Salary Up to £20,000 per annum Location SGS College WISE Campus, BS34 8LP Contract type Fixed Term (Part time) Closing date 18 July 2025 Job Description DEPARTMENT: BCWFC AcademyLOCATION: SGS Wise Campus, BS34 8LPCONTRACT: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, 22 Hours per weekMain Responsibilities• Support player development across BCWFC ETC & within management of relative age groups (U13 ETC / U14 Club Team)• Planning and delivery of high-quality coaching and performance of the Pathway coaching programme in line with BCWFC Technical Programme Planning & delivery of a holistic player-development curriculum• Working as part of an MDT to organise an environment of excellence• Ensure a consistent delivery of the BCWFC player development model• Reporting and monitoring of player’s progress • Planning, organising & delivering player IDP’s in line with club policy & PGAAC regulations • Attendance at club & externally organised CPD (Where appropriate)• Completion of Pathway monitoring tasks in line with club policy• Planning, delivery & review of weekly coaching sessions for the ETC U13 age group & U14 Club Team• Offer mentorship to other ETC coaches, in particular – provide support to mentee ETC coaches Qualifications / Requirements ESSENTIAL• Experience of working in a High-Performance football environment with youth players • Experience of co-coaching & mentoring • Attention to detail in relation to the on & off field elements of coaching & performance • UEFA B Licence (or working towards) • FA Youth Award • FA Safeguarding Children Award • In-date DBS • FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) • Be able to work as part of a team but also lead on own initiative. • Have empathy, be supportive and encouraging to developing others, always working with integrity • Have an open / growth mindset • Be an honest, clear communicator • Enthusiastic and able to engage with academy/college student and staffDESIRABLE• Previous experience of working within the Women’s game • UEFA A Licence. • UEFA Elite Youth A Licence / FA Advanced Youth Award • Degree in performance coaching / analysis or similar subject • Knowledge and experience of the analysis process • Knowledge and experience of using analysis software and preparation of individual / unit / team and opposition analysis How to apply How to Apply Applications are to be sent by email to careers@bcfc.co.uk.
