In this role, you’ll take the lead on coordinating our Spectrum Project and delivering our Sensory Room activations on Bristol Bears matchdays, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive experience for all participants.You’ll work closely with our Inclusion Projects Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of our inclusion programmes, with a particular focus on children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This includes developing and delivering tailored schemes of work in SEND schools and colleges and collaborating with the Rugby Development Coordinator to deliver Project Rugby sessions and support player transitions into local clubs.You’ll also contribute to the development of our Older Adults work, helping to shape meaningful and impactful programmes for this community.This is a hands-on role that combines planning, delivery, and partnership-building - ideal for someone passionate about inclusive sport and community engagement.What you’ll bring to our teamWe want all our colleagues to bring with them their individual differences, we welcome your unique point of view and dynamic ideas, it’s what allows us to keep on being our best selves.Person Specification:Experience building positive relationships with young people and adults with disabilities and impairments.A good understanding of social isolation and the importance of physical activity among older adults.Proven experience in successfully coordinating projects, demonstrated through the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.Experience delivering physical activity sessions within SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school settings.Access to a personal vehicle and possession of a full, valid UK driving licence.Degree in a relevant subject area.Experience developing partnerships at all levels to collaboratively deliver needs-driven projects.
