As Inclusion Projects Officer, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality rugby and sport sessions across our Inclusion programmes, with a strong focus on children, young people, and adults in SEND education and community settings.You’ll lead on the delivery of our Spectrum Project, ensuring sessions are inclusive, engaging, and tailored to the needs of participants. Working closely with the Inclusion Projects Coordinator, you’ll develop and implement comprehensive schemes of work, maintain strong relationships with partner schools and community organisations, and ensure all sessions are well-resourced and professionally delivered.You’ll also support the delivery of our Older Adults work, helping to provide meaningful, accessible activities that promote wellbeing and social connection. In addition, you’ll collaborate with the Inclusion Projects Coordinator to deliver targeted Project Rugby transition sessions for SEND participants.This is a hands-on role that blends planning and delivery - ideal for someone passionate about inclusive sport, community engagement, and making a real difference through rugby.What you’ll bring to our teamWe want all our colleagues to bring with them their individual differences, we welcome your unique point of view and dynamic ideas, it’s what allows us to keep on being our best selves.Person Specification:A minimum of 2 years coaching/teaching Experience in delivering physical activity within an SEND school or community setting.Have experience in building relationships with young people/adults with disabilities and impairments.Have an understanding of social isolation and importance of physical activity amongst older adultsHold a qualification in Level 2 in Coaching Multi-Skill Development in Sport or be working towards this or similar. Be able to work at times and locations appropriate to their role to include evenings and weekends.Access to own vehicle and a full and valid UK driver’s license.Hold a degree in a relevant subject area.
