Provide an elite player care experience for our boy’s academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact the off-field development and wellbeing of our young academy players. You will support their growth through the Academy and beyond, becoming a key point of contact for the Premier League regarding Academy Player Care. Your role will ensure compliance with Premier League regulations, and you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering the player care programme across all phases.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone who has experience working with young people (e.g. in an Elite Sports Environment/Educational setting/Social Services or Youth Work), with a clear understanding of the “pressure points” of professional football. Ideally you will have previous experience leading a team, with the ability to support and enable colleagues. A bonus if you have proficiency speaking in French and/or Spanish.
