Job Description
Bradfield College enjoys a well-established reputation for being one of the country’s leading co-educational, independent schools. Our impressive Sports Complex and Indoor Tennis Centre operate as busy dual-use facilities, catering for both the College and external users.

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Fitness Instructor for Pilates. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and providing a variety of classes for our customers.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate drive, determination and a positive commitment to delivering high standards at all times. They will be enthusiastic and inspiring and have a passion for promoting health and wellbeing to our customers. They will be able to build positive relationships with customers to increase retention and customer satisfaction. Candidates will need good timekeeping and excellent communication skills.

The role requires flexibility to cover a variety of classes as and when required, with a view to taking on permanent classes in the future.

The post holder is expected to have:

• A current Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates
• Experience in teaching Pilates classes
• Experience of working within a customer-focused environment
• Experience of working within the leisure industry
• Experience of coaching any area of health or fitness
• Current insurance
