Job Description: Netball is one of the leading sports at Bradfield College, both in participation and performance. To ensure we provide the best netball experience possible for our pupils, we require knowledgeable and enthusiastic netball coaches to support this programme.

With 22 teams training and competing throughout the Lent Term (5th January – 27th March 2026), coaches will work closely with players to develop their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance, preparing them for fixtures. In addition to leading training sessions, coaches will also support sessions run by members of the teaching staff who are part of the netball programme.
Applicants will need a minimum of a Level 2 Coaching Award.

Coaching sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2.00pm to 4.15pm, and on Friday afternoons from 4.30pm to 6.00pm. Ideally, coaches will be available for all three sessions each week, although there is some flexibility depending on individual availability. Availability on Saturday afternoons to coach a team during their fixtures is also essential.

The College offers competitive hourly rates of pay for visiting coaches, along with the opportunity to contribute to a successful and inclusive sporting environment.
