Facilities & Investment Lead Organisation Birmingham County FA Salary 28000 Location Birmingham Contract type (Full time) Closing date 28 July 2025 Interview date 5 August 2025 Job Description Birmingham County Football Association is seeking to appoint a Facilities & Investment Lead to join the Development Team to support the existing members with delivering the National Game Strategy and Birmingham County FA 24-28 Strategy.It is anticipated that the person appointed will have an interest in football but will also have experience in Football Development, specifically in Grass Pitch, Facility Improvements & Capital Development projects. The role will have a key focus on increasing the number of quality grass pitches across the County FA, increasing the number of sites on PitchPower and increasing the number of sites accessing Grass Pitch Maintenance Funding from the Football Foundation. BCFA also have our own Grass Pitch Grant and a range of partners, it will be the responsibility of the Facilities and Investment Lead to manage this. The salary for this role is £28,000, with additional training and additional benefits included. The contract will be for 35 hours a week and will include evening and weekend work.
