Job Description: Birmingham County Football Association is seeking to appoint a Partnerships and Operations Manager to oversee the Site Operations Team to support in developing strong commercial relationships, growing our sponsorship portfolio and ensuring our football facility is safe, is maximised and runs like clockwork.

It is anticipated that the person appointed will have an interest in football or sport but more importantly, will also have experience in consolidating and growing a business with an emphasis on creating the right processes to positively affect revenue growth and keep the facility and site safe and legally compliant.

The salary for this role is £32,500 with additional training and an excellent range of benefits included. The contract will be for 35 hours a week and may include evening and weekend work. The role will be a combination of Office-based and Hybrid working and we may consider other flexible options and hours to suit the ideal candidate.
