Think Beyond is a consultancy with impact at its heart, and we’re looking for a passionate, talented and ambitious person to join our growing team. This is a key role within Think Beyond’s Commercial & Sponsorship Advisory offer, supporting the delivery of high-impact, purpose-led partnerships with leading global brands and rightsholders.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a central role in leading day-to-day project delivery, working closely with senior clients and internal teams to design and implement partnerships that drive both commercial value and measurable social impact. You will work across the full partnership lifecycle, from strategy and concept development through to activation and evaluation, with a particular focus on embedding purpose meaningfully into commercial partnerships.

Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the growth of the Commercial & Sponsorship Advisory business area, supporting proposal development, thought leadership, and the continuous strengthening of our market positioning.

As with all our team, you will be expected to take pride in all of your work, want to challenge yourself, and be trusted with responsibility from day one. You should be supremely organised, have the ability to manage your workload across multiple different workstreams, be able to display excellent interpersonal skills, and possess a healthy curiosity to continually learn and build your skillset and knowledge base.

Our culture is one of “high performance, high support”. We empower people to take ownership and make their mark on the company while being given the support required to excel. Our work is fast paced, exciting, varied and always dedicated to delivering positive impact

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into clear delivery plans, workstreams and outputs.

2. Purpose-led Partnership Delivery:

• Design and deliver purpose-led commercial partnerships, ensuring meaningful integration of social impact into partnership strategy and activation

• Support clients to identify and unlock commercial opportunities linked to purpose, balancing brand objectives with credible social impact outcomes

• Oversee the delivery of partnership rights, activations and programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively, creatively and with measurable impact

• Guide the development of impact frameworks, storytelling approaches and evaluation outputs to demonstrate value.

3. Business Development:

• Support the growth of the Commercial & Sponsorship Advisory business area, contributing to proposals, pitches and client development

• Contribute to thought leadership, insight generation and internal knowledge sharing

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and deepen impact

• Support the development of internal tools, frameworks and approaches within the advisory offer

You will have:

• 6–8+ years’ experience in consulting, sports account management, partnerships, sponsorship, brand strategy or a related field

• Proven experience managing projects and leading day-to-day delivery with clients, ideally including large or multinational brands

• Strong experience in commercial partnerships and/or sponsorship, with an understanding of how partnerships are structured, activated and measured

• Strong agency management experience, bringing together multiple parties (for example experiential, PR, digital communications etc) towards one common goal

• Demonstrable interest and ideally experience in purpose-led work, sustainability and/or social impact

• Ability to translate strategy into execution, with a strong grasp of both commercial and impact objectives

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

• Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

• High-quality written and visual communication skills (presentations, reports, storytelling)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insight and recommendations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
