Change the World. Think Beyond

Role Summary

Think Beyond is a consultancy with impact at its heart, and we’re looking for a passionate, talented and ambitious person to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for those who are building a career in social impact, environmental sustainability and sport. Our Senior Associates get involved in all aspects of the business, from research and project management to workshop and event planning, to partnership management, and much more in between.

You’ll need to share our belief in positive societal change in and through sport. This doesn’t mean you need to have background experience within the sport sector, as we’re more interested in how you can use your mind and experience (including life experience) to be a crucial part of outstanding client teams that deliver ground-breaking work. Ideally, you’ll have experience in creating and enabling commercial partnerships, and leveraging the power of major brands to deliver lasting impact for people and communities.

As with all our team, you will be expected to take pride in all of your work, want to challenge yourself, and be trusted with responsibility from day one. You should be well-organised, have the ability to manage your workload across multiple different workstreams, be able to display excellent interpersonal skills, and possess a healthy curiosity to continually learn and build your skillset and knowledge base.

Our culture is one of “high performance, high support”. We empower people to take ownership and make their mark on the company while being given the support required to excel. Our work is fast paced, exciting, varied and always dedicated to delivering positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client team support by:

Being a key part of the team, supporting from proposal to final deliverables. This will include responsibilities such as attending client meetings, capturing actions and scheduling.
Sharing thoughts, ideas and opinions to support diversity of thought across delivery.

Project delivery support by:

Delivering partnerships, on behalf of both brands and rightsholders, ensuring that rights packages are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Owning relationships with delivery partners, ensuring we can supercharge projects and initiatives, whilst meeting contractual requirements.
Tracking and supporting the completion of actions to ensure projects drive forward in an efficient and effective way.
Supporting the creation of key project documents including delivery plans, progress updates and outcome reports.
Communicating effectively to ensure that the team can work together as efficiently as possible.

Research support by:

Undertaking secondary / desktop research to support both client and internal needs.
Staying up to date and engage in the wider social impact, environmental sustainability and sporting landscapes by doing additional reading and research. Identify key trends and insights to build own knowledge, and to share with the team.

You will have:

2+ years working experience in office / client role(s) that have given you the transferable skills to make a valuable contribution at Think Beyond. We’re looking for somebody who has started their career and identified that a future in purposeful work is for them.
In an ideal world, this work experience would be in, or connected to, a commercial partnership landscape.
Good project management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented, the ability to multi-task and prioritise – you’ll be working across multiple projects at the same time, across different time zones.
The ability to work independently and calmly, while knowing when to seek support - our team is small and an expectation to work independently and problem-solve on your own is essential.
The humility to ask for help – we don’t expect you to know things. We’ll help you learn.
The right to work in the UK.

For You:

Flexible/hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office
A vibrant central London office environment
22 days holiday and flexible working arrangements, plus minimum 3 days off at Christmas
Private health insurance and cash plan
Health and Wellness Programme
2 Reconnect/Recharge Days
Summer flexi-hours & locations
Bike 2 Work scheme
Birthday donation
Pension Contributions
