Job Description
Bedfordshire & Huntingdonshire Cricket is looking to appoint a Women's County Team Manager to support the continued development of our Tier 3 Women's County Team.

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a new Women's County Team Manager, an important role in supporting the ongoing development, experience and wellbeing of our women's county players.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people, building positive relationships and creating an environment in which players feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

Working alongside the team's coaching staff and the wider Talent Pathway team, the successful candidate will play an important role in the player experience, providing pastoral support, being a consistent presence around the team and helping to build a positive and inclusive team culture.

The role will also provide an important link between players, coaches and the wider organisation. This will include gathering ongoing player feedback, understanding player satisfaction and enjoyment, and helping ensure the voices and experiences of our players contribute to the continued development of the women's programme.

The successful candidate will attend the team's fixtures throughout the season, five agreed winter training sessions and quarterly meetings of the Bedfordshire & Huntingdonshire Women's Cricket Committee.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in performance sport, talent development or athlete support environments.** Experience within women's sport or women's cricket would be particularly desirable.

This is a non-coaching position, and a cricket coaching qualification or playing experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right personality, experience and approach to supporting athletes and contributing positively to a performance environment.

Interested in joining us?

The position offers annual remuneration of £1,500, with reasonable match-day mileage expenses reimbursed separately in line with organisational policy.

If you are interested in helping shape the experience and future of women's cricket across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire, we would love to hear from you.
