Job Description: This casual, part‑time coaching role supports the Academy’s player‑development programme and involves regular evening and weekend work.

You will help deliver the Club’s coaching curriculum, adapting sessions to meet player needs while working within the Club’s coaching philosophy, EPPP requirements and safeguarding, equality and diversity standards.

The role includes supporting Lead Phase Coaches, contributing to multi‑disciplinary planning, completing PMA reporting and assisting with the smooth transition of players across age groups. You’ll also help plan and lead football activities, including coaching delivery, game preparation, post‑match analysis and creating Individual Learning Plans.

A commitment to continuous professional development is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively and maintain high professional standards when supporting the development of young players.
