Job Description: The Casual Academy Coach will support the delivery of Barnsley FC Academy’s coaching curriculum, ensuring alignment with the Club’s playing philosophy and EPPP standards. The role involves planning and evaluating coaching sessions, contributing to player development across age groups, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Coaches are expected to maintain qualifications, engage in CPD, and uphold safeguarding and equality policies while fostering a high-performance, inclusive environment.
