Job Description: Temporary Physical Performance Coach (First Team)
This is a temporary contract for 1 month in the first instance, with possible extension on a rolling monthly contract to cover staff absence.

We are looking for a Physical Performance Coach to join our First Team setup on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performance environment and contribute to the physical development of our professional footballers.

Working closely with the Head of Performance and the wider interdisciplinary team, you’ll lead on and off-pitch sessions to enhance speed, agility, strength, power, and fitness. You’ll contribute to player monitoring, rehabilitation, and recovery strategies, while analysing performance data to inform coaching decisions. This role demands collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to maintaining elite standards in a fast-paced football environment.
