The YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships is the world’s oldest and most prestigious badminton tournament. First held in 1899, it unites the world’s top athletes with passionate fans, showcasing elite performance, rich heritage, and electrifying competition, in a global celebration of the sport. Winning the All England is seen as a career defining moment, connecting today’s champions to legends of the sport. Owned and delivered by Badminton England, the sport’s national governing body, the Yonex All England Open is a flagship event that showcases the very highest level of our sport while creating inspirational moments on and off the court. At the centre of a thriving national badminton community, we bring together players, coaches, clubs, officials, volunteers and fans to inspire lifelong involvement and celebrate the sport. Guided by our values, we focus on what matters, include intentionally, play for each other and strive to do today brilliantly, challenging the status quo and delivering excellence, both on and off the court.

* Facilitate regular project meetings, updates, and cross functional workshops.
* Support teams in meeting deliverables and ensuring consistency and quality across all workstreams.

Operational Readiness

* Coordinate operational readiness preparations, ensuring that all functions are aligned to deliver a smooth and successful 11day event operation.
* Track requirements, resources, and planning milestones relating to venue, staffing, logistics, scheduling, and guest experience.

Commercial & Marketing Support
* Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to integrate sponsorship, digital, broadcast, and fan engagement activities into the overall project plan.
* Ensure marketing campaigns, brand assets, partner activations, and commercial rights delivery are fully aligned with event timelines.

Governance & Reporting
* Prepare and present regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports for the Commercial Director and senior leadership.
* Maintain strong project governance, ensuring decisions, actions, and risks are captured and followed through.

* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively across departments.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
