The Department Our Girls Academy Department has established itself as a leader in girls youth football development, consistently delivering the highest standards in coaching, education and training across 10 teams with players aged U10 – U21. To support our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunities available for self-motivated and proactive individuals to join our Foundation Phase (ages 9 – 11) and Youth Development Phase (ages 12 – 16) Coaching team. 2. The Role Working within the phase specific programme, you will assist with the development of an allocated age group which will include planning, preparing, organising, managing, and evaluating all training sessions.As an Academy coach, you will provide feedback to parents and players and attend information evenings as necessary. You will assist with Analysis staff to ensure that recordings of games and footage feedback sessions take place on a regular basis and work closely with Medical and Sport Science staff in the management of injuries and Sports Science testing. The PersonThe successful candidate will need the following qualifications: • Minimum UEFA B Licence or working towards• Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF)• FA Safeguarding Children certificate You will need to have demonstrable experience of planning, delivering and monitoring football programmes and working with children.
