Job Description
Ardingly College is seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Prep Sport to lead an ambitious, inclusive and high-impact sports programme for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. This is a chance to shape the future of sport, ignite passion in young athletes, and drive a culture of excellence, participation and joy.

As a key member of the College Sport Management Team, you’ll work alongside the Director of Sport and Assistant Directors of Sport to deliver a bold and forward-thinking strategy that puts Prep sport on the map.

Ideally, the successful applicant will be a well-qualified and capable graduate with an enthusiasm for developing Sport within a Primary or Prep environment within the framework of an independent coeducational prep school. This role reports to the Head of the Prep for the fulfilment of its duties.
