Fan Data and Insights Officer Organisation Aquatics GB Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location The normal place of work will be an Aquatics GB office/centre Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 12 June 2026 Interview date 18 June 2026 Job Description Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain - Swimming, ParaSwimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo - is seeking a Fan Data and Insights Officer.The post holder will have responsibility for building a thorough understanding of and access to theaquatics fanbase supporting the growth strategy for the organisation’s marketing and commercialdevelopment.The role will sit within the Business Development Team and wider Growth Department reportinginto the Business Development Manager.The successful individual will have previous experience of handling data and analytical review,handling databases and turning data sets into strategic insights.We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, self-starting team member with a collaborative approachto working. The individual requires excellent organisation, communication, presentation skills withthe ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst meeting deadlines.Experience of working marketing campaign creation and targeted content distribution andunderstanding of CRM systems is desirable.Please be advised that Aquatics GB cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position and thatindividuals must have right to work in the UK to apply or be considered for this role.
