Job Description
Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain - Swimming, Para Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo - is seeking a Fan Data and Insights Officer.

The post holder will have responsibility for building a thorough understanding of and access to the aquatics fanbase supporting the growth strategy for the organisation’s marketing and commercial development as well as lead responsibility for event ticketing.

The role will sit within the Business Development Team and wider Growth Department reporting into the Business Development Manager.

The successful individual will have previous experience of handling data and analytical review, handling databases and turning data sets into strategic insights.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, self-starting team member with a collaborative approach to working. The individual requires excellent organisation, communication, presentation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst meeting deadlines.
Experience of working marketing campaign creation and targeted content distribution and understanding of CRM systems is desirable.
