Salary: Salary - £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, pro rata)
Location: The normal place of work will be an agreed Aquatics GB office

Aquatics GB operates an Agile Working Policy allowing some flexibility to work from the office/centre and from home
Aquatics GB is the National Governing Body for Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming, Water Polo and Open Water in Great Britain and we are seeking a Finance Lead to provide financial leadership for Aquatics GB, overseeing the financial operations and reporting to ensure the organisation’s long-term financial health.

The post holder will be a qualified accountant and will have sufficient experience to deliver with confidence the requirements of the role and experience of working in sport or the not-for-profit sector. The Finance Lead will have a proven track record in strategic financial leadership and will provide support to the Management Accountant and wider Finance team.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internal and external, work on their own and as part of a team with a flexible approach to work and be able to work under pressure. Previous experience of implementing a finance system would be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels are essential requirements for the role as well the ability to use the Microsoft office applications and finance systems.
