The role focuses on strengthening football provision, supporting facility development, widening community access, and building partnerships with colleges, The FA, County FAs and local clubs.The postholder will coordinate and deliver football development projects, monitor impact, engage stakeholders, and help create high-quality opportunities for students to participate in football and physical activity.The ideal candidate will have experience in sports development or project delivery, experience of sport facility development, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for increasing participation in sport amongst young people.
