Job Description: We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Head Goalkeeper Coach to lead the development of our Women’s 1st Team goalkeepers. The role involves designing and delivering high-quality, position-specific training and supporting matchday preparation and is ideal for someone passionate about the womens game and working at a high level with talented goalkeepers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver specialist goalkeeper training sessions
Work closely with the 1st Team Manager and coaching staff on team tactics and match preparation
Provide individual feedback and performance analysis for goalkeepers

Essential Requirements

FA Level 2 (UEFA C) goalkeeping coaching qualification
Experience coaching goalkeepers at senior or youth level
Strong communication and organisational skills
Available for evening training (Tuesday and Thursdays) and weekend fixtures (Sundays)

Desirable

UEFA B (Goalkeeping) or working towards
Experience in women’s football or a performance environment
