Job Description: We’re looking for a committed and driven assistant coach to support our Women’s 1st Team with training sessions, matchday preparation, and player development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about women’s football and progressing in their coaching journey while working at a high level in the women’s game with talented players and in a competitive league.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of training sessions and matchday duties
Help implement tactical plans and individual player development goals
Provide feedback to players and assist in performance analysis
Contribute to creating a positive, professional team environment

Essential Requirements

FA Level 2 (UEFA C) coaching qualification
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible to work evenings (Tuesday and Thursdays) and weekends (Sundays)

Desirable

UEFA B Licence or working towards
Experience in women’s or girls’ football
Knowledge of performance analysis tools
