Recruitment & Staffing Lead (Fixed Term - Permanent)
February – October | Alcester (Hybrid)
Salary: £26–28k + Bonus
Contract: Fixed term with potential to become permanent

This fixed-term role is your chance to play a key part in shaping the seasonal teams that make our camps exceptional — with the potential for a permanent role for the right person.

What you’ll do:
As Recruitment & Staffing Lead, you’ll drive the full seasonal recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract, select and support the very best staff for our nationwide camps.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading efficient, high-quality recruitment processes
- Managing applications and onboarding from start to finish
- Delivering face-to-face recruitment events across the UK
- Building strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, clubs and NGBs
- Ensuring Safer Recruitment and full compliance standards
- Conducting interviews and supporting staff welfare
- Reviewing performance with the Programmes Team and contributing to training
- Maintaining job descriptions, contracts and staffing documents
- Producing reports, analysing feedback and shaping future strategy
- Keeping a clear, communicable diary and working seamlessly with all teams
- Supporting continuous improvement across the department
- This is a hands-on, people-focused role where organisation, communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

What you’ll get:
£26–28k salary + operational bonus scheme

25 days annual leave + volunteering days (pro rata)
