Early applications are strongly encouraged.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Communication StrategySupport the delivery and execution of the 292 content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTubeManage the day-to-day publishing of content across all 292 digital channelsSchedule, publish and optimise content to ensure consistent output and audience engagementMonitor channel activity, engagement and audience interactions, escalating opportunities or issues where appropriateChannel DevelopmentGrow LinkedIn as a primary B2B channelStrengthen Instagram as a visual brand platformSupport the growth of YouTube as an education platformTranslate coaching, training camps, and consultancy work into structured contentEnsure all communication aligns with 292 brand voiceBrand & Quality ControlMaintain high standards across all outputs - Clear, Structured, Professional, Insight-ledApply brand safety checks before publishingEnsure all content reflects elite environments and credibilitySystems & ProcessPlan and manage content calendar, content management and approval processTrack performance and iterateCreate repeatable systems for content creationContent Production & DeliveryPlan and manage weekly content outputFilm and capture content across 292 environments including:Athlete sessionsCoach interactionsTraining campsConsultancy projectsPerformance workshops and conferencesAttend client 1:1 sessions and training centre activities where appropriate to capture content and insights.Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.Create social media assets using approved 292 branding templates.Repurpose long-form content into multiple platform-specific assets.Media OpportunitiesSupport the identification and coordination of media opportunities for 292 coaches and leadership.
