About the Role
292 Performance is an elite human performance organisation working with professional athletes, teams, and organisations across Europe. We’re recruiting for a Digital Content & Communications Executive to support how 292 Performance communicates externally, ensuring consistency, quality and credibility across all channels.

The successful candidate will work alongside the 292 team, coaches, athletes and organisations operating in elite performance environments across sport and business.The role offers the opportunity to:

Work directly with experienced coaches and practitioners
Attend training environments, workshops and client sessions
Capture content from real performance settings
Build your skills across content, communications and brand development
Contribute to a growing organisations working with ambitious individuals and teams
This role is particularly suited to someone with a digital content background who has a genuine interest in sport and elite performance. The role is part time for 24 hours per week. Applications are assessed as they are received. Early applications are strongly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
‍Content & Communication Strategy
Support the delivery and execution of the 292 content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube
Manage the day-to-day publishing of content across all 292 digital channels
Schedule, publish and optimise content to ensure consistent output and audience engagement
Monitor channel activity, engagement and audience interactions, escalating opportunities or issues where appropriate

Channel Development
Grow LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel
Strengthen Instagram as a visual brand platform
Support the growth of YouTube as an education platform
Translate coaching, training camps, and consultancy work into structured content
Ensure all communication aligns with 292 brand voice
‍

Brand & Quality Control
Maintain high standards across all outputs - Clear, Structured, Professional, Insight-led
Apply brand safety checks before publishing
Ensure all content reflects elite environments and credibility
‍

Systems & Process
Plan and manage content calendar, content management and approval process
Track performance and iterate
Create repeatable systems for content creation
‍

Content Production & Delivery
Plan and manage weekly content output
Film and capture content across 292 environments including:
Athlete sessions
Coach interactions
Training camps
Consultancy projects
Performance workshops and conferences
Attend client 1:1 sessions and training centre activities where appropriate to capture content and insights.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
Create social media assets using approved 292 branding templates.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple platform-specific assets.

Media Opportunities
Support the identification and coordination of media opportunities for 292 coaches and leadership. These include:
Research relevant podcasts and media outlets
Prepare outreach lists
Support communications and scheduling
Track opportunities and follow ups
Coordinate appearances and contributions from coaches and leadership team
Amplify media appearances across 292 communication channels.

Genuine interest in sport, coaching, leadership or human performance.

Able to challenge and refine ideas

Requirements
12 months experience in digital content and marketing
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience using content creation and scheduling tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Figma, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar)
Experience filming and editing social content using modern mobile and social-first production
Experience managing social media channels
Strong organisational and project management skills
Comfortable operating in professional sporting and high-performance environments
Ability to travel when required

Location
London-based (or within reasonable commuting distance).

The role requires regular attendance at:

Client meetings
Training centre sessions
Coach and athlete environments
Events and partner meetings
Flexibility to travel within the UK is advantageous
