PLx
PLx is the annual event for leaders from the Olympic and Paralympic high performance community where you’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn.
At PLx this year we’re gearing up for trailblazing performances in Milan Cortina, while building the capability and resilience needed to sustain world-class performance through LA 2028, the French Alps 2030, and Brisbane 2032. Alongside hearing from UK Sport and keynote speakers, the event will provide the opportunity to connect, stretch and disrupt our thinking as a high performance community, focusing on:
1. Winning when it matters most
A bold, aspirational focus across the system—where the pursuit of excellence is matched by a commitment to the wellbeing of athletes and staff. Connecting with peers to explore high performance and what is required to keep winning and win well.
2. Future ready – People and teams as our competitive advantage
Understanding and excelling in the ever shifting demands of global competition by maximising our people as a performance advantage. Evolving and aligning professional practices of individuals and teams and their specific cultures to strengthen performance and realise potential of athletes and staff.
Who should attend PLx
Performance Directors, Head Coaches / Lead Coaches and Performance Leadership Team members. Places have been made available by nomination from your National Governing Body.
