On the final day of track cycling in Rio, Laura Trott hopes to add a fourth Olympic gold to her collection in the Omnium, Becky James and Katy Marchant go in the women’s sprint finals and concluding the evening from a British perspective will be Jason Kenny and Callum Skinner in the keirin.

Giles Scott has guaranteed himself a gold medal after a storming show throughout in the finn class competition, and going home with the minimum of a bronze medal is Joshua Buatsi, who has boxed his way into the semi-final.

Athletics continues with British representation in the men’s high jump and women’s 1500m final, and back in action following a synchro diving gold, is Jack Laugher, this time in the individual 3m springboard.
