Day seven at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games saw England overtake Australia at the top of the medal table thanks to another comprehensive gold medal haul.
The men's gymnastics team continued their impressive form with Max Whitlock winning gold in the All-Around competition, with Scotland's Dan Keatings winning silver and England's Nile Wilson grabbing bronze.
The diving got under way in the pool as Jack Laugher, Alicia Bragg and Rebecca Gallantree all won gold medals while the pair of Tonia Couch and Sarah Barrow won silver in the women's sync 10 Platform.
Over at Hampden Park, Greg Rutherford added Commonwealth gold to his Olympic gold medal from London 2012 as he triumphed in the long jump.
