It was another impressive day for the home nations in Glasgow as England and Scotland continued the gold rush. In the pool there was gold for Scotland's Daniel Wallace and England got their first gold medals with Ben Proud and Chris Walker-Hebborn. Joanna Rowsell (Eng) and Neil Fachie (Sco), with pilot Craig Maclean, added Commonwealth gold to their world and Olympic/Paralympic titles. Finally, there was another eight judo medals for British athletes with England's Danny Williams, Megan Fletcher, Owen Livesey and Scotland's Sarah Clark winning gold.
