Volunteer Head Coaches Wanted | Young Queens FC

Join a South London community helping girls build confidence, friendships and a lasting love of football.

At Young Queens FC, we believe in freedom within structure: purposeful sessions where players can explore, make decisions and learn through mistakes. As a Volunteer Team Head Coach, you will lead training and matchday learning, bringing your own ideas to our shared philosophy.

Newly qualified coaches are welcome. We value reliability, patience, curiosity and commitment to safeguarding. You will gain practical experience and opportunities to develop through reflection and collaboration with fellow coaches.

Essential: FA Introduction to Coaching Football (UEFA C preferred), current appropriate FA first aid and Safeguarding Children certification, plus an appropriate, in-date, FA-accepted Enhanced DBS check. No current DBS? You can still apply; we can support the application process. All required qualifications and checks must be verified before relevant duties begin.

Unpaid volunteer role. South London; training, venue and overall commitment to be agreed. Sunday matches where applicable.
