Job Description
About Yorkshire CCC
Yorkshire County Cricket Club is entering a new phase of growth and transformation. With a renewed strategic focus and ambitious commercial objectives, the Club is evolving how it operates on and off the field — strengthening its brand, broadening its audience, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across cricket and non-cricket activity. With Headingley as one of the most iconic venues in world cricket, Yorkshire is building a scalable digital ecosystem to support fan growth, commercial performance, and long-term sustainability.

Department Overview
The Marketing function sits at the heart of Yorkshire’s commercial growth strategy, driving audience growth and revenue across cricket and non-cricket activity. Through integrated campaigns, CRM, digital engagement and performance marketing, the team converts brand attention into measurable commercial outcomes. At the centre of this sits Yorkshire Studios - the Club’s digital and content capability. The team is responsible for growing reach, deepening engagement, and creating seamless journeys from discovery through to purchase and long-term loyalty.

Role Overview
The Content Producer will play a central role, creating engaging, entertainment-led content across Yorkshire’s digital platforms and working closely with Men’s, Women’s, and pathway cricket, as well as community and non-cricket activity.

Working within the content and digital team, you will ideate, film and edit high-quality video content, develop repeatable formats, capture immersive matchday and behind-the-scenes storytelling, and support commercial campaigns and partner activations.

This is a hands-on production role requiring an experienced content operator capable of independently filming and producing both short-form and long-form video content in a fast-paced sporting environment. The role combines creative flair with commercial focus to drive measurable audience growth, engagement, and platform performance.

Why This Role Matters
The Content Producer will create content that fans actively seek out and share. You will drive consistent growth in digital reach and engagement through distinctive, modern, and commercially aligned formats. Your work will not only entertain but also inspire action -supporting ticket sales, memberships, hospitality, and partner value - while strengthening Yorkshire’s digital presence and fan connection.

As part of your application, we would like you to submit a portfolio of your work which you believe is relevant to this role. You will be able to submit this as part of your application along with your CV.

Proven experience creating high-performing digital video content with a demonstrable track record of driving audience engagement and platform growth
Proven experience independently filming and producing short-form and long-form video content in professional environments
