You'll play an important role in the delivery of regional and national talent events, helping disabled young people access opportunities and progress through the football pathway.

Experience within Para football, particularly blind and powerchair football, is desirable but not essential. The FA welcomes applications from coaches from a wide range of football backgrounds who are passionate about player development and keen to bring their skills to the Para game.

Provide feedback and scout reports for FA Para Talent Hubs.
Ensure all reports are written to a high level and uploaded to FA systems.
Support 1-to-1 delivery of players in the talent system (where applicable).
Support the Player Technical Support Lead in providing meaningful remote-based technical support to players.
Build close working relationships with FA staff and key personnel within the local area to support Talent ID.
Support the process of IDP feedback for players within specific programmes.
Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
As part of the FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance.

We pride ourselves on offering a competitive rate of pay as well as great opportunities to develop and grow in your role.

We are committed to ensuring everyone can flourish in their roles, and by doing this, we offer top-of-the-range facilities across two core business locations. We have unique office spaces under the arch of the iconic Wembley National Stadium, which is the home of English football.
