Our ideal host family provision will be able to offer young players a stable, safe and comfortable family environment. Young players like all young people require support to ensure good mental health and wellbeing, for elite youth footballers this is also imperative to their performance on the pitch. At Stockport County FC we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment for player growth and development. We want our players to fulfil their potential as people and players.Requirements:- You will be located within a 5-mile radius of our training facility (M31 1AE). - You should offer good quality accommodation, including a private bedroom for the player with the relevant amenities.- Other requirements are the provision of healthy nutritious meals, access to laundry, and wifi.- Full and part time accommodation will be required over 12 months of the year to reflect the football season.- The willingness to accommodate players on a short-term basis throughout the season is also desirable.
