Job Description: Working as part of the Sport Hallam Performance Team, you will coordinate and deliver a high-quality Strength & Conditioning (S&C) programme for performance athletes and student members. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sport Hallam and the wider University to support athlete development programmes, contribute to collaborative projects, while ensuring a seamless service delivery that is safe and inclusive.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are a vital part of the role. You will coordinate service administration by managing athlete data, streamlining bookings, and using performance insights to enhance service delivery. Strong coaching and communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with student athletes, club coaches, academic staff and external partners. You'll also mentor and lead student interns and placement opportunities, while overseeing key systems and processes.

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required to support occasional evening and weekend activities, including events and open days.
