Location: Southwest London (Roehampton / Richmond / Barnes Area)
Role Type: Paid | Part-Time
Schedule: Evenings & Weekends

About Roehampton Elite FC

Roehampton Elite FC is one of Southwest London’s fastest-growing youth football academies — competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL), Epsom & Ewell League, and London Youth League. We’re dedicated to developing some of the area’s most talented young players through a professional, ambitious, and development-first philosophy built around:
• Technical excellence
• Tactical understanding
• Character development

As we expand ahead of the 2025/26 season, we’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced football coaches to join our team and help shape the next generation of elite players.

⚫ What We’re Looking For

We want coaches who:
• Bring authority, energy, and presence to every session.
• Have experience coaching players aged 5–14 (formats: 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11).
• Deliver well-structured, engaging, and consistent sessions.
• Show attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and clear communication.
• Maintain high professional standards and align with our club culture and values.
• Have a minimum of 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Can commit to:
• 2 evening sessions during the week
• Weekend fixtures
